Meet Mayawanti Choyal
For over 15 years, Mayawanti Choyal dedicated her life to a noble profession. As a Chemistry teacher, she inspired thousands of students to discover the wonders of science, molding young minds and shaping futures. Her passion for education was unmatched, and she took pride in every student's success.
The Turning Point
But as years passed, Mayawanti realized something profound. While she was making an impact, something felt incomplete. A steady job, a predictable routine—these provided security, but not fulfillment. Deep in her heart, she knew that a job, however rewarding, could only take her career to a certain limit. To truly realize her potential and create lasting change, she needed to take a leap of faith.
The Dream Takes Flight
Drawing inspiration from her observations and her deep love for Indian textiles and traditions, Mayawanti decided to pursue her passion for sarees. Not just selling sarees—but preserving centuries-old heritage, celebrating the artistry of master weavers, and bringing authentic, handcrafted sarees to women who appreciate true craftsmanship.
Why Vishwas Was Born
"Vishwas" means trust in Hindi—and trust is the foundation of what I built. After years of teaching chemistry, I realized that chemistry itself is about transformation. It's about breaking bonds and creating new ones. Starting Vishwas Saree Center has been exactly that—a transformation from an educator to an entrepreneur, from theory to practice, from playing it safe to seizing destiny.
Each saree in our collection tells a story. Stories of weavers' mastery, of cultural pride, of women through the ages. I wanted to create a space where these stories could be honored and where every woman could feel connected to the rich tapestry of Indian heritage.
